FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

  What is this store return and exchange policy?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns and exchanges, all our items are final sale. 

  I'm missing an item or my items arrived damaged or with defect

Please email us exclusivess.co@gmail.com as soon as possible with images attached. We will not accept claims if a week has passed from the delivery date. 

  Do you ship worldwide?

We do not ship worldwide. We only ship within Canada. 

  How long will it take to receive my order?

Domestic orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday). Shipping time will vary due to the current situation. (COVID-19)   

My package has been lost. What should I do?

 Please make sure to provide the correct address. We are not responsible for any lost packages. Once your package has been sent to ship out, we are no longer responsible for it. Once we send, the liability is between you and Canada post, however we will do our best to help you find your package.  

My package was returned due to the incorrect address/not picking up my order. Can you reship it? 

Unfortunately, there is a reship fee of 12$ for orders that has been returned to us. We are not refunded the shipping cost for the first shipment and cost us two fees for a reshipment. We ask you to please double check the shipping address before placing an order to avoid any additional cost. 

  All items are final sale. Please take into consideration before purchasing.
